Cecilia Zabaleta is a chilean visual artist with an international career, with exhibitions in museums and cultural centers. Memory and exile are configurative axes of her work approached from vital breaks, fragility and uprooting. Her main languages are painting, collage, artist's book, poetry, installation and audiovisual support.
Illustrator and artist degree of The Pontificial Catholic University of Chile and Academia de Humanismo Cristiano University, from Chile. Works on personal and collective art and illustration projects aimed at defending and promoting human rights, and the development of the arts.

In recent years she has had various national and international individual and collective exhibitions, including in Santiago de Chile, Barcelona, ​​Madrid and Gernika in Spain. Her work has focused on contemporary humanitarian problems linked to historical memory.
